1. Flight Baggage Policy

Passengers on flights are generally allowed to carry one cabin bag and one personal item (such as a laptop bag or handbag) onboard. The standard dimensions for carry-on baggage are 22 x 14 x 9 inches, with weight limits typically ranging from 7 to 10 kilograms (15 to 22 pounds), depending on the airline.

Checked baggage allowances vary based on the airline, class of travel, and route. However, standard limits range from 20 to 32 kilograms per checked bag. Some budget airlines may offer lower allowances or charge separately for checked luggage.

Please note:

• Oversized, overweight, or additional bags may incur extra charges, which must be paid before check-in.
• Certain items are strictly prohibited in both checked and carry-on baggage, including flammable materials, weapons, explosives, and large lithium batteries, by airline and aviation safety regulations.

2. Lost or Damaged Baggage
