• "User", "You", "Your" refers to anyone using our services.
• "Service" refers to flight booking services (domestic and international) provided by Myadventurecode.

• All bookings made through Myadventurecode are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective airline.
• Fares are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• It is the user's responsibility to provide accurate passenger details during the booking process. Errors in name, trip date, or destination could lead to extra fees or cancellation.

4 Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) or other accepted currencies via our secure payment gateways.
• We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select e-wallets.
• In case of a failed transaction but deduction from the bank, a refund will be initiated automatically within 7 working days.

5 Cancellations and Refunds

• The cancellation policy varies by airline and fare. Users are advised to review the airline's terms before booking.
• In addition to the airline's cancellation fees, Myadventurecode may impose a service charge.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.

6 Rescheduling and Changes

• Date or name changes are subject to airline policies and may attract additional fees.
• Requests for changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the flight's departure time.

7 User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Indian law.
• You bear the responsibility of keeping your login information private and secure.
• You must refrain from misusing the website or attempting to access any portion of it without authorization.

• Myadventurecode acts solely as an intermediary between you and the airlines. We do not own or operate any flights.
• We will not be responsible for any incidental, consequential, direct, or indirect losses brought on by:
  1. Flight delays, rescheduling, or cancellations.
  2. Loss of data, profit, or goodwill.
  3. Any force majeure events beyond our control.
